What people are saying about our
program:
“I just wanted to give you a big THANKS for your
awesome Teacher Training. I started working at Ellieʼs
[Ellie Herman Studios] in Oakland as a teacher trainer/
mentor. I went into the job feeling apprehensive, but
after one day of mentoring the trainers, I feel more
than able. Carol and Sharon taught us so many useful
tricks, tools, history, knowledge from so many angles,
and most importantly, both taught from their
uncomparable expertise. Now Iʼm booked solid with all
the teacher trainers, because, apparently, they love
me!” Bonnie M.

"If you are looking for a fast mat certification
program, this is NOT it. Sharon and Carol's program
is thorough, detailed, deep and time-consuming.
You learn basic anatomy as well as the pilates
repertoire of exercises from intro to advanced. You
learn various cuing techniques and how to evaluate
and work with people coming in with specific injuries.
And you learn a whole lot more. Sharon and Carol
are demanding, patient and helpful. They are truly
gifted teachers, and this is a great program!"
