matwork applications.
Identify and correct common alignment problems.
Expertly modify exercises for clients with special needs.
Practice-teach group matwork class with

program, this is NOT it. Sharon and Carol's program
is thorough, detailed, deep and time-consuming.
You learn basic anatomy as well as the pilates
repertoire of exercises from intro to advanced. You
learn various cuing techniques and how to evaluate
and work with people coming in with specific injuries.
And you learn a whole lot more. Sharon and Carol
are demanding, patient and helpful. They are truly
